Select the Address you want to Delete from the List. Use the slider to Go Up or down. Once the address is highlighted Choose the Delete option. Touch Save.

I Cannot Find the Search Results on Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device.Check the Signals on the top right corner of the screen. If there are no signals. Make sure you are - Not indoors - Away from big structures or trees. - There is open Sky. If there are GPS Signals- - Check the Spelling of the address or the ZIP/Post Code. - The Software and Maps are Fully Updated. If not updated Update it to the Latest version. Check the Home location of the GPS. Go to Settings > GPS Maps > Home Location. If the Home Location is different than where you are, change the Location by clicking on the Magnifying Glass on the top right corner. enter the Current Location and touch Save. - Restart the GPS Device. Check the Map Region installed on the GPS. - Go to Settings> GPS Maps > Map region. - Verify if you have the current region or the destination region installed on the GPS device.

No Maps Found error message displaying on the Screen of my Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device.Go to settings from the home screen. Choose the GPS Maps Option. look for the Maps Installed. If it gets No Maps Installed. Contact Support.

My Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device Displays Outdated GPS Maps.Connect the GPS to the Computer using a USB Cable. Go to GPS Updates "Click Here" to Register and Update your GPS Maps. Register the GPS Device and Update it. If Already a Registered User, Login to your account and choose the Option "Update Now". "Click Here" to Update your GPS Maps.

Memory Full Error Message on the Home Screen of My Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS.Go to Settings> System> Memory. Check if you have enough Unused Memory. At least more than 1 GB. If it Displays less than 1 GB, you will have to extend the Memory On the GPS. To extend the Memory Contact Support.

Volume of my Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device is too lowPress the + button on the side panel of your GPS. The Sound bar would appear on the screen. See if the volume is 100%. If not increase the volume. If it is already 100 % and still the volume is low. Try restarting the GPS device. If it doesn't work. Contact Support.

How to Search a Location on Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device?Touch the Magnifying Glass Logo on the Home Screen. A long Bar would appear. Enter the City, Locality or Zip/Post Code. Touch the Search Option that appears Right Below. Select the Location. Choose Navigate or Save this Address to Favorites.

My Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device is Restarting on its own.Turn off the GPS. Let it sit for a minute or two. Turn on the GPS device. Check if the issue is resolved. If it isn't Try Updating the GPS to the latest version. If it doesn't work post GPS Updates. Contact Support.

My Automotive/Handheld/Marine GPS Device is not turning on or its Frozen.Connect the GPS device to a power supply (In your Car, to a power Socket or a Computer). Make sure you are using the Cable that came along with the GPS Device. Let it Charge for atleast an Hour. Try turning it on. If it doesn't turn on, Contact Support. If its Stuck on a screen or frozen. Press and Hold the power button straight for a Minute. then power it on. If it doesn't work. Contact Support.
